Use of the website
You may browse this website and use the CV Builder to create, customize, and export a CV. No account or registration is required.
Use of the CV Builder
The CV Builder is provided to help you put together and export your own CV content. As described in our Privacy Policy, the information you enter is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to or stored on our servers. PDF export uses your browser’s own print function, DOCX export is generated in your browser, and the Backup/Restore feature exports and imports a file directly on your device. Because this data does not pass through our servers, we have no ability to access, recover, or back it up on your behalf — keeping your own copy (for example, using the Backup feature) is your responsibility.
Your responsibility for your CV content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information you enter into the CV Builder, and for how you use the documents you export. Do not enter information that is false, that you do not have the right to use, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes not attempting to disrupt or interfere with the website or its normal operation, not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, and not using the website for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Atelier CV website, its design, templates, and underlying software are the property of Atelier CV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not apply to the personal CV content you enter yourself, which remains yours.
Availability and disclaimer
This website and the CV Builder are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
